If you use a mobile device running an Android

version higher than 6.0, it is imperative that you

permit the app to store data on your device so it

can generate reports.
If you have deactivated permission to store data

on your device, the following request is displayed

when the app is launched
“Allow BC600_App to access photos, media and

files on your device?”

It is essential that you tap “Allow” in re-

sponse!

You will then be able to use all app functions

without any restrictions.

If you deny the request the following warning no-

tice will appear repeatedly in the app “It is not

possible to use the full range of functions if you do

not grant permission to store data”.
If you confirm this message with OK, you will au-

tomatically go to your App settings (Settings >

Apps > BC600_App)

Tap permissions

Activate Access storage.

You will then be able to use all app functions

without any restrictions.
