means 2013-10-10 16:05 Thu
If reprogram the date, it will
take the last as the accurate
date. The date have to be
correct (if setting 2014-2-29 or
2013-11-31) this is the incorrect
date which is not occur, the
system will verify the date,
time, day if correct, the date
have to be after year 2013
