OPERATIONS TO
PERFORM WHEN
NECESSARY
10.1.e - Replacing the brush (Fig. 20)
It becomes necessary to replace the brush
when it is worn with bristles shorter than 2
cm or it must be replaced according to the
type of floor to wash; to replace it, proceed
as follows:
- Lift up the brush using the pedal as
shown in the relative paragraph.
- Insert one hand under the brush-holder
unit (1); to release the brush, rotate it
sharply in the opposite direction to rota-
tion.
- Replace the brush, positioning it under
the brush-holder flange (1).
- Lower the brush-holder flange (1) using
the pedal, as shown in the relative para-
graph.
- Press switch (2) and switch (3) to start
the brush rotation until you hear an at-
taching “click” of the brush in the flange
(1), then stop the brush rotation by press-
ing switch (3) and then stop the machine
by pressing the switch (2).
