Ethernet interface is cross cable and direct connecting cable
auto-negotiation. User can select either cross connecting cable or direct
connecting cable.

When working normally, PWR and LINK indicators are both ON.
Whether F/D and SPD indicators are ON or OFF depends on the setting mode of
Ethernet working status. The other LED indicators are all OFF.

Without special requirement, it can work normally with Sw1-4,SW6-8
on and the others off.
