6 Continuous freshwater
rinse / tank cleaning
Continuous actuation =
Activates freshwater rinse for
cleaning inside tank.
7 Drain tank
When this switch is pressed, the discharge valve for
draining the tank is opened for 5 minutes.
Once the tank has been drained, press the switch
again to extinguish the indicator lamp in the push-
button switch.
8 Manual cold-water pre-
rinse
Optional extra for rinsing off albuminous impurities from
utensils in order to avoid congealing.
See page 12 for further details.
Note on cycle times: In order to obtain the freshwater rinse temperature of 85°C important for hygi-
enic cleaning, the time allowed for the wash phase is extended until a temperature of 85°C is reached
in the boiler.
For this reason, the specified cycle times are only possible provided the boiler heating power is
adjusted to the water inlet temperature.
