THERMOSTAT OPERATION
The following chart shows the system functions with the “Heat/Cool” thermostat. Disregard references
to heat functions when using the “Cool Only” thermostat in the rear bedroom.
NOTE: The thermostat is equipped with a replaceable 2 Amp fuse located on the back of the thermostat
body.
GAS/ ELECTRIC WATER
HEATER
(with Motor Aid water heating system)
The gas/electric water heater has a dual power
feature. It can operate from LP gas or 110-volt
house current; or it can use both at the same time
for quicker recovery at times when you are using
a lot of hot water.
Read the Water Heater Operation Manual for
complete Safety Warnings, Operating
Instructions and Maintenance Information before
operating the water heater.
Be sure the water heater is filled with water
before starting either electric or LP operation.
To fill the water heater, turn the Water Pump
switch on and open a hot water faucet anywhere
in the coach. When water begins to flow steadily
from the faucet, the water heater is full.
For Electric Operation
Turn on the Water Heater electric element
switch. The shoreline must be connected or the
generator running for electric operation.
