CONNECTING YOUR KINETIC WIRELESS GATEWAY
1. Connect the GREEN phone line cable into the gateway port marked “DSL.”
If you are connecting a phone line, proceed to Step 1.2. If you are not using
a home phone, plug the other end of your GREEN phone line cable into
your wall outlet and skip to Step 1.3.
2. Connect the other end of the GREEN phone line cable into the side of the
phone line filter marked “DSL/Gateway.” Then plug the filter/splitter into
your wall outlet.
3. Connect one end of your POWER ADAPTER to your gateway and then plug
the other end into the power outlet in your wall.
Some homes may be equipped with a
GREEN
wall jack for quick, easy internet setup. If
your home has a
GREEN
jack, this is where you should connect your Kinetic gateway.
Not all homes will have a
GREEN
wall jack, but it is not required for all installations.
