Check the O2 probe, transformer and con-
nections.
a) Press the Reset button. If this malfunction occurs again, contact Wind-

Safety device has tripped
Check safety device.
Safety temperature limiter or external safety equipment has tripped.
a) Check the water level or pressure in the heating system – re-fill, bleed
the air.
b) Air in the heating system – bleed air.
c) The heat pump or boiler feed pump is sticking or is defective – start
pump manually or have it repaired.
d) Check external safety equipment (e.g. low-water cut-off etc.).
Once the boiler water temperature falls below 90 °C, open the cladding
door and flap, remove the cover, press the Release button of the safety
temperature limiter firmly – Fig. 75.
If this malfunction occurs again, contact Windhager Customer Service or
a heating technician.

No communication with
firing automate
Check linkage of firing automate and connec-
tions.
a) Check the connection cable or InfoWIN plug connection to the firing au-
tomate, press the Reset button. Inform Windhager Customer Service
or a heating technician.
b) Connect the firing automate. Press the Reset button. Inform Windha-
ger Customer Service or a heating technician.

Internal error occured

Internal communication error
A reset is performed automatically after 1 minute if this error occurs.
If this malfunction occurs again, contact Windhager Customer Service or

Check link to additional print, firing device
and connections.

nal print, automatic firing device, press the Reset button. Inform Wind-
hager Customer Service or a heating technician.
b) Connect the additional print, automatic firing device. Press the Reset
button. Inform Windhager Customer Service or a heating technician.
