Ethernet setup commands

The following commands are designed to set the required printer internal parameters for Ethernet
operation. The commands can be used only in flash download mode. See User Guide for default
setup.

Restore default settings

Restores the Ethernet settings to the preset values.
Default settings are:

(in use after bootup timeout of two minutes)
