IR Plus Assistive Listening System

Administration Page

The Admin page displays administrative controls that can be used for remote site troubleshooting purposes.
The login username and password for the website can be set from this screen. If the username or password is ever forgotten, it

can be restored to its default value by restoring defaults via the front panel menu.
The panel lock will prevent the front panel on the device from being used, forcing all changes and information to be seen via the

web interface. This can also be enabled and disabled from the physical device.
Limited Restore Defaults on the web interface will reset the devices settings that will not affect the website connectivity. Using the

limited restore defaults from the web interface will

not

reset the username or password. For a full reset, the reset will need to be

performed via the front panel of the device. See "Restoring Defaults" on page 23 for more information.
Updating or rebooting the device will make the website temporarily unavailable. While the device is restoring, a message warning

you to not power off the device will display on the OLED screen.

Firmware Updates

Firmware updates are performed from the Admin page. At the bottom of the page, upload the firmware file (provided by Williams

AV) and hit the update button. Your system will begin the update process from there, which will include a reboot.
Updates will also push an update to all connected devices. If a device is not connected during the main update process, the IR M1

will update it when it is connected. If the update for the connected device is cancelled or incomplete, the device will be unable to

be used until the update is complete and will throw an error.
