1. Release upper drawer from the cabinet by fully extend the drawer case. Locate the release tabs on the right
and left-hand slides as shown on
fig. 1
. Simultaneously press the release tabs up and down while pulling out
the drawer as shown in
fig. 1, illustration. 1

2. Insert the Allen Bolts (D) through the holes on top frame of the Pedestal File (B) into the inserts on the Single
Top (A). Tighten with the Allen Key (E) as shown in
fig. 2 illustration. 2

Put the drawer back to the previous positions. Slide the drawer into the cabinet. Align the drawer rails together
as shown in
fig. 3, illustration. 3
. Avoid pushing the drawer forcefully into the cabinet, as this may damage the
drawer rails. The ball bearing drawer rail should slide easily into the cabinet.

If the floor is uneven adjust the recessed levelers found on the bottom of the furniture as shown in
illustration.

Carefully grasp one side of the furniture and elevate it slightly to provide access to levelers. Turn the leveler
until adequate contact will be made with the floor. Carefully set the furniture down. Repeat until the furniture sits
level and stable.
