APPLIANCE COMMISSIONING CHECKLIST 

It is the installers responsibility to complete the following checklist when commissioning this 

appliance. The informaon recorded on this page may be requested at the me of any warranty 

call made. If the informaon is not made available it may affect the warranty support for the 

customers appliance.

If you can smell gas, immediately turn off the gas supply using the control valve at the meter in your home.  
Do not smoke and turn off all sources of ignion, i.e. boilers or gas hobs. Open windows and doors to venlate 
the room or building.
