3.3 Improper use
Improper use is any use which exceeds the technical performance limits or
is incompatible with the materials.
WARNING!
Injuries as a result of improper use
Improper use of the device can lead to dangerous situa-
tions and injuries.
Refrain from unauthorised modifications to the device.
Any use other than for the intended purpose or any other use is consid-
ered improper use.
Do not use this device in safety devices or in emergency stop equipment.
3.4 Responsibility of the operator
The device is used in the industrial sector. Therefore, the operator is sub-
ject to the legal obligations for occupational health and safety.
The safety information in these operating instruction s as well as the
safety, accident prevention and environmental protection regulations appli-
cable to range of application for the device must be observed.
For safe operation of the device the operator must ensure:

that the operating personnel receives regular instruction in all appli-
cable areas of occupational safety and environmental protection.

that these operating instructions and, in particular, the safety infor-
mation contained therein, will be duly noted.

that the device is suitable for the application pursuant to its in-
tended use.
After inspection improper use of the device is excluded.
