6.5. How to adjust the saw blade
Danger of injuries!
The tips of the saw teeth are sharp - wear safety gloves!
In order to replace the saw blade pull the power plug.
Release the saw blade tension at the deflection pulley with eccentric (chapter: 6.4).
Detach the pan-head screws and remove the guard
plate.
Open up the saw arm and remove the saw blade
forwards.
Place the new saw blade in the center of the deflection
pulleys and the drive wheel, with its teeth showing
forwards.
Conduct the saw blade between the pulleys at the top
and bottom.
Turn the saw blade manually (wear gloves!) into
running direction in order to check if it runs evenly.
In case the running direction is correct, tighten the saw blade by means of the eccentric and
counternut (chapter: 6.4).
Mount the guard plate again.
Shut the doors of the saw arm and reconnect the power plug to the power supply.
6.6. Disposal
At the end of their lifetime, the machine and the wear parts have to be disposed
of properly and environment-friendly, in accordance with the national laws
regulating the waste disposal.
