7.4. How to change the knifes
Fixed to the drilling plate there are four knife holders with a cutting knife circular /
angular.
Check the cutting performance of the cutting knifes regularly (resolvable), if
necessary replace them.
Caution!
The cutting knifes are extremely sharp, wear safety gloves.
For this purpose detach the screws with the Torx-screw driver and turn knives or
remove the screws and mount new cutting knife (turnover board).
Always turn / replace the knives at all four knife holders.
7.5. Transport
During the transport take care that the heating element and the knives are not damaged.
Take the heating element out of machine and transport it seperately.
Swivel the drill into the machine, connect drill in the right clamping tool.
Fix the flexible machine table by the clamping lever.
Close the left clamping tools and clamp it.
Handle the machine with care.
Protect it from heavy vibrations and shocks.
7.6. Disposal
At the end of their life time, the machine and the wear parts have to be disposed
of properly and non-polluting, and in accordance with the national laws of waste
disposal.
