2350W CUT OFF SAW                                  ENG

a) Bring the power tool into the working position.
b) Swing back the moving guard to the stop.
c) Turn hexagon bolt with the provided hex key and at the same time press the spindle lock until it
engages (See Fig 10).
d) Hold the spindle lock pressed and unscrew the hexagon bolt in an anticlockwise direction.
e) Remove the washer and the clamping flange.
f) Remove the cutting disc (See Fig 11).

Note:

Actuate the spindle lock only when the tool spindle is stopped. Otherwise, the power tool can become

damaged.

Do not touch the cutting disc after working before it has cooled. The cutting disc becomes very hot

while working.

Use only cutting discs that have an equal or higher maximal allowable speed than the no-load speed

of your power tool.

Place unused cutting discs in an enclosed container or in the original packaging. Store your cutting

discs lying flat.

Use only cutting discs recommended by the tool manufacturer and suitable for sawing the materials to

be cut.
2) Installing the cutting disc
If required, clean all parts to be mounted prior to assembly.
a) Place the new cutting disc onto the inner flange in such a manner that its label faces away from the
power tool arm.
b) Mount the outer flange, the washer and the hexagon bolt. Press spindle lock until it engages and
tighten hexagon bolt in a clockwise direction with the provided hex key.
c) Loosen the spindle lock again. If necessary, pull the knob by hand all the way up
d) Slowly guide the moving guard down until the cutting disc is covered off.
e) Make  sure  that  the  moving guard  operates  properly. After  mounting  the  cutting  disc  and  before
switching on, check whether the cutting disc is properly mounted and if it can rotate freely.
f) Make sure that the cutting disc does not graze against the moving blade guard, the blade guard or
against other parts.
g) Run the machine for approx. 30 seconds. Should significant vibrations occur, switch off the power
tool immediately, remove and install the cutting disc again.

15. Adjusting the depth stop

In the delivery condition of the power tool, the depth stop is adjusted in such a manner that a new 355
mm cutting disc does not touch the base plate when cutting.
To compensate the wear of the cutting disc, the depth stop can be set deeper.
When using a new cutting disc, the depth stop must then always be set back to the original position.
Always adjust the depth stop in such a manner that the cutting disc does not touch the base plate when
cutting.
1) Bring the power tool into the working position.
2) Loosen lock nut with the spanner

(See Fig 12)

.

3) Swing the power tool arm with the handle to the requested position.
4) Screw  the  depth  stop in  clockwise  or  anticlockwise  direction until  the  screw  head  touches  the
housing

.
