OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Before using the power tool, read the instruction manual carefully.

1. Intended use

The machine is intended for mixing pulverized building materials such as mortar, plaster, adhesives, as
well as solvent free paint, varnish and similar substances.

2. Before using your power tool

1)

1)

2)

Selection of the mixing paddle is dependent on the material that is to be mixed.

2) Ensure that the power switch is in the off position. If the plug is connected to a power receptacle
while the power switch is in the on position, this power tool will start operating immediately, inviting
serious accident.

3. Installing the mixing paddle

The  power tool  is supplied with a two piece  mixing  paddle. The two pieces of the mixing paddle

simply screw together (See Fig 1) and should be securely tightened using the spanner supplied.

The mixing paddle should be screwed into the power tool spindle and securely tightened (See Fig 2).

Warning: Before installing tool, remove mains plug from mains supply.

4. Operating the on/off switch

1) To start the power tool, simply depress the switch trigger. Release the switch trigger to stop your
power tool.
2) If you wish to use the power tool continuously, depress switch trigger then lock on button, release
switch trigger first and lock on button second (See Fig 3). Your switch is now locked on for continuous
use. To turn off your power tool just depress and release the switch trigger. The switch will return to "off"
position automatically.

Note:

This  power  tool  is  equipped  with  electric  soft-starter and  it shall  be  started  slowly  without  a

sudden impact when power tool is switched on.

5. Variable speed control

Adjust  the  variable  speed  control  to  increase  or  decrease  the  speed  according  to  the  material  and
accessory to be used. Turn the variable speed control in anticlockwise direction to increase speed and
in clockwise direction to decrease speed (See Fig 4). High speed gives higher torque and low speed
will provide low torque.

Warning:  Do  not  operate  for  long  periods  at  low  speed  because  excess  heat  will  be

produced internally.

6. Two speed control

Choose position “

1

” for high torque and low speed range for mixing heavy materials. Choose position

2

”  for  low  torque  and  high  speed  range  for  mixing  light  materials (See  Fig  5). If  the  gears  do  not

engage easily, rotate the spindle by spanner to align the gears. Never change the gears when the tool is
rotating, wait until it has stopped.
