Shutdown procedure:
1. Close the gas supply valve on gas cylinder. Please note at this stage the heater will burn away gas le� in
the hose. Flame should ex�nguish fully within couple of minutes.
2. Allow the heater to cool down for 5-10 minutes before switching the power switch to OFF posi�on.
3. Unplug the heater from mains power supply.
Restar�ng the heater:
1. Allow 5 minutes a�er shu�ng down the heater and ligh�ng it again.
2. Follow steps 5 - 9 of
starting the heater

Fan doesn’t work No electric power to the
heater.
Fan blades obstructed by
the damaged heater
housing.
Fan blades bent.
Check power supply.
Check housing for damage. Dents in the housing
can obstruct the fan.
Straighten all fan blades.
Heater will not
ignite
No spark at igni�on needle.
Spark cable disconnected.
Incorrect spark plug gap.
Distance between
electrode and burner too
large.
Any repairs to igni�on mechanism should be done
by qualified person. Re-a�ach or �ghten if loose.
Set the plug gap to 0.28” (7mm).
Flame goes out
while heater
running
Temperature inside the
heater is too high.
Restricted air flow.
Thermal safety switch
ac�vated.
Damaged thermocouple.
Damaged flameout
protector.
Dust or debris accumulated
in the heater.
Keep the area in front and back of the heater clear.
No objects should obstruct the air input or output.
Allow the heater to cool down for 10-15 minutes.
Inspect the thermal switch and re-light the heater.
Qualified person must replace thermocouple.
Qualified person must replace flameout protector.
Allow to cool down completely. Clean inside the
heater.
