Malfunction

Adjust cylinder temperature.

It is recommended that
the stored water temperature

Blend temperature
unstable.
Clean the spray plate. Refer to
the instruction manual supplied
with the
shower fittings

Isolating valve partially
closed.
Open the isolating valve.
Reset maximum temperature.

Drip from shower
head.
Solenoid valve failure.
Renew the solenoid valve
assembly.
Pump does not
operate.
Electrical supply failure.
Check the power supply.
PCB failure.
Renew the PCB.
Potentiometer failure.
Renew the harness assembly.
Motor overheated,
thermal switch operated.
If the thermal switch operates
repeatedly contact customer
service for further advice.
Hot water cylinder
temperature less than

C above the
showering temperature.
Spray plate blocked.
Inlet filters blocked.
Clean the inlet filters.
Maximum temperature
incorrectly set.
Flow of water
virtually stops and
surges on/off, after
a few minutes.
Insufficient storage of
cold water in cistern (230
litres recommended).
Increase storage size of the
cold water cistern.
Shower runs cold
after 5-10 minutes.
Insufficient storage of hot
water in cylinder.
Increase the storage size of
the hot water cylinder.
Shower temperature
affected by use of
adjacent hot/cold
tap.
Insufficiently sized
pipework for both
systems to be used
together.
Increase the pipe sizes or
separately feed the shower.
