COOL ON & OFF DELAYS
•
Cool blower On delay is 3 seconds, Off delay is 90
seconds.
• Jumper Y / Y2 to DHUM (single speed cooling) or Y1
to DHUM (two-speed cooling) thermostat terminals to
reduce Cool Off delay to 3 seconds.
DEHUMIDIFICATION
NOTE:
This feature requires connection to a thermostat with
dehumidification function (DHM terminal).
• DHUM input is reverse logic in that presence of a 24V
signal = no dehumidify demand, and absence of a 24V
signal = dehumidify demand.
o
Dehumidify demand with a Y1 input provides Lo
Cool blower motor output.
o
Dehumidify demand with a Y / Y2 input reduces the
blower speed from HI COOL to LO COOL for up to
10 minutes, then returns to HI COOL for 10 minutes,
then reduces the blower to LO COOL for 10 minutes.
Alternating 10 minute cycles continue for as long as
there is a call for cool.
o
When the call for cool is satisfied and there is a
dehumidify demand the blower off delay is reduced
to 3 seconds.
HEAT PUMP
•
Uses Cool blower On delay of 3 seconds.
• Uses Cool blower Off delay of 90 seconds, or 3 seconds
if Y1 or Y / Y2 is jumpered to DHUM.
FAN
• There is a 1 second blower On delay and a 5 second
blower Off delay for a Fan only demand.
