CONVECTION MODE
- Set the switch (4) on II (5).
- Set the desired temperature using the thermostat (3). The convection indicator lights on (6).
- Let the oven preheat before beginning cooking. Once the set temperature is reached, the light
indicator goes off (6).
- During cooking, the light indicator goes on and off, maintaining the set temperature.
- Once cooking is finished, set the thermostat (3) and the switch (4) off.
GRILL MODE
- Set the switch (4) on I (7).
- Set the desired temperature using the thermostat (3). The grill indicator lights on (8).
- Let the oven preheat before beginning cooking. Once the set temperature is reached, the light
indicator goes off (8).
- During cooking, the light indicator goes on and off, maintaining the set temperature.
- Once cooking is finished, set the thermostat (3) and the switch (4) off.
USEFUL TIPS
To reduce smoke and unpleasant smells during cooking :
- keep the inner cavity of the oven perfectly clean, clean it after each use
- place a little container of water inside the oven during cooking
- do not exceed the recommended temperatures of cooking, reduce if necessary
- use preferably terracotta dishes
