• Ice cream or sorbet will keep for a long time in the freezer in a well sealed plastic
container.
• Any ice cream or sorbet containing raw ingredients (uncooked eggs for example) should
be consumed within one week.
CAUTION: Never refreeze ice cream that has partly or fully defrost.

• Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains.
• Dismantle all parts and wash them with soap water. Do not put cover and canister into
dishwasher. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: Never place the canister into freezer before it is completely dry.
• The motor unit and the outside of the appliance may be cleaned with a slightly damp
cloth. DO NOT IMMERSE.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products which may deteriorate the surfaces of the
appliance.
