Your ice cream features a double insulated bowl and requires thorough freezing.
For best results, the freezer bowl should be wrapped in a plastic bag and place upright/
As there is liquid in between the freezer bowl walls, shake the bowl to check the ideal
freezing condition. You should not hear any liquid moving within the walls.

Due to an increase in volume during preparation, the maximum amount must not exceed at
least 4 cm from the top.
1.- Make sure unit switch is in “0” position.
2.- Remove freezer bowl from freezer.
3.- Insert power unit/lid/paddle into freezer bowl and turn it clockwise to lock into position.
4.- Insert the plug into outlet and then turn the unit on immediately. This will prevent the
paddle from freezing onto the freezer bowl.
5.- Pour the prepared ice cream mixture through the mixing feeder in the freezer bowl. Any
ingredients which are to be added to the ice cream mixture need to be pureed or chopped
finely before.
6.- Leave the machine on for approximately 15-30 minutes, or until the mixture may freeze
and prevent the movement of the paddle.
CAUTION : Do not turn the appliance off during use as the mixture may freeze and prevent
the movement of the paddle.
RECOMMENDATION : Alcohols slow or prevent the freezing process. Preferably use
essences or perfume extracts.
7.- When desired consistency has been reached, turn the machine off.
8.- To remove the lid, turn it anti-clockwise to unlock.
9.- To further harden the ice-cream, you may put the freezer bowl with the ice cream
contents into the freezer for a short period of time ( no more than 30 minutes).
If the ice cream is not firm enough :
• The canister was not in freezer long enough.
• Your freezer is not cold enough.
• The canister has not been kept in an upright position (the frozen liquid is unevenly
distributed).
• Too much mixture has been put into the canister.
• The mixture was warm or at room temperature.
• If mixture freezes to the side on impact, your canister is too cold.
