d) Do vacum on the System, followed by the R-134 refrigerant Load original for the refrigerator (that is
mentioned in the product Identification Plate together with the product model)
For cases of internal or external leakage in the Suction Line, the Cabinet must be replaced.

IMPORTANT
•
Do not use Chemical agents (Ex. Methyl Alcohol) for cleaning the system, because it is oxidant and
damage the components of the Sealed Unit and mostly the Compressor
•
Perform the procedures properly for repair the Sealed Unit taking due care for not contaminating the
System, that uses R-134 A fluid. Always use de Vacuum Pump.
•
When repair the Sealed System, always change the Drier Filter, using a new equivalent for R134 A.
6.10 - Replacing or Removing the Clean Back
For replacing or removing the Clean Back, 2 process/ method are showed, as follows:
A – Driller
Using a hand drill, remove all fastening rivets of the
clean back
Note: Use 3,00 +0,2 - 0 mm drill (diameter)
Attention:
Inside of the foam, close to compressor deck, we have the heating tube, which have the function of
avoiding cabinet sweating. Take care to not drill this tube, while you are drilling the rivets, by using a
small
drill on the length (10 mm maximum).
B – Spatula:
When it is not available a hand drill, the rivets can be removed by using a Spatula. Please do as follow :
a) Place Spatula between the clean back and cabinet,
b) Using hammer or anything similar, hit the spatula holder to cut/ break the rivet
(check movie)
c) Repeat the process for all rivets.
Attention:
For both system, take care to not damage/ scratch the clean back painting.
