1 Introduction
1.1 Product Specification
The pneumatic Crimp Machine UP 14 ZLW is a bench top pneumatic crimp machine that is
compatible with the WEZAG interchangeable crimping system. With the linear working
pneumatic Crimp Machine UP 14 ZLW the most common terminals on the market can be
crimped.
The die sets are interchangeable and can easily be installed and removed from the
pneumatic Crimp Machine UP 14 ZLW.
Utilizing the pneumatic foot pedal, the crimping cycle of the pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine
UP 14 ZLW is activated and allows the operator to have both hands free to insert the terminal
and wire. All pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machines UP 14 ZLW are equipped with a positive
closing mechanism to ensure consistent crimp quality.
The pneumatic Parallel Crimp Machine UP 14 ZLW has an emergency release button that will
open the crimping jaws in the event of blocked jaws caused by operation or handling errors or
wrongly placed terminals.
All other applications of the pneumatic Crimp Machine UP 14 ZLW are only permitted with a
written permission of the manufacturer. For all unauthorised applications of the pneumatic
Crimp Machine UP 14 ZLW the manufacturer cannot be held liable for any resultant damage
or injury
