Operation
Intended Use
The LED floodlight is intended for illuminating house
entrances, driveways, etc. It may be installed in outdoor
areas (taking into account the installation location!).
Any other use than that described above may damage
the product. Moreover, this may give rise to hazards
such as short-circuiting, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted!
Preparations for Installation
The product may only be installed by a qualified techni-
cian (e.g. electrician) who is familiar with the relevant
regulations (e.g. VDE, German electrical wiring regula-
tions)!
Improper work, carried out on the mains voltage, en-
dangers not only your own life but also the life of others!
If you do not have the expertise required for the installa-
tion, do not install it yourself but ask a qualified techni-
cian.
Observe the safety instructions!
Without fail, pay attention to the correct mounting posi-
tion of the LED floodlight and the connection cable. If
installed outdoors, make sure no water can enter the
housing when installing the connection cable.
The LED floodlight should not be operated near water
and other liquids, or in locations where water and other
liquids may accumulate. Please keep a minimum dis-
tance of 5 m to swimming pools, ponds etc.
