Start-Up and Operation
ƒ Do not directly touch bare live wires with the unit. This may cause an
electric shock!
ƒ The unit will not detect shielded wires; these must be located with
the metal detector function.
ƒ Poorly insulated wires and damp walls will lead to residual currents
and the build-up of static electricity. This can make detection with
the unit impossible. Use a voltmeter to confirm the problem and turn
off all involved circuitry immediately. Please contact a certified
electrician.
