OPERATION
• Insert 4 x “AAA” batteries (not included) into battery holder at the back of
the scale. Open the cover, install the batteries following markings on base of
compartment, and close cover.
• Place the scale on hard and flat surface. A clean floor is best. Do not place on carpet
or other soft surfaces as accuracy may be compromised.
• Use “UNIT” button on back of unit to select “lb” pounds, “kg” kilograms” or “st”
British stones.
• Step directly on the platform, stay still, and weight will display.
NOTE:
Initially, the display will flash. Once the flashing stops, your weight will display
for about 10 seconds. Then, the unit will switch off automatically.
• “Err” showing on LED indicates overload, surpassing the 400 pound weight limit of
this product.
RECOMMENDATIONS
• To ensure accuracy, we suggest you take measurement at a fixed time every day
(e.g. 7:00pm-9:00pm).
• Change battery when ”LO” appears on the LED which indicates that the battery is
running out of power.

15. Do not get the batteries wet. Doing so may cause the batteries to overheat.
16. Store batteries out of direct sunlight where the temperature and humidity are
not high. Not doing so may cause the batteries to leak fluid, overheat or explode.
Also, it may cause the life and performance of the batteries to decline.
17. Follow the regulations of the local government when disposing of these batteries.
