To assemble the adapter brackets to your screen, begin with the table on pages 2 and 3. Find the configuration
that corresponds to your screen. Refer to the configuration table on page 3 to install the adapter brackets.

Notes: 

The universal tilting wall mount accommodates a wide variety of screens. If your particular screen is not listed on

pages 2 and 3 or unsure which configuration matches your screen, please contact customer service to ensure product
compatibility.
