The proper adjustment s to insure correct operation
of this relay have been made at the factory. Upon
receipt of the rel ay, no customer adjustments other
than those covered under "SETTINGS" should be
required.

that the relay is in proper working ord er.

The relay should operate as follows:

Apply 16 amperes to terminals 9 and 1 9 of the
CA-16 relay or 14 amperes to terminals 9 and 1 9 of
the CA-26 relay. The contacts should close when
the followin g operating current is applied to the
relay with connections of Fig. 1 1 .
