Mounting the Extension Pole
1. Remove the protection caps
(2).
2. Depress the safety pin and
insert the extension pole (1)
into the motor unit pole.
3. Make sure the safety pin locks
securely into the provided
opening. You will hear a click
sound.
4. Tighten the pole by using the
screw cap (10).
When not using the extension
pole, re-attach the safety caps
(2).
Attention! The grass trimmer and brush cutter attachment may
not
be
operated together with the extension pole (1)! There is risk of injury!
The saw head can be tilted. By
depressing the locking mechanism
for the angle setting (9) and turning
down the spring-loaded locking (6),
the angle drive can be tilted to the
desired working position.
Make sure the spring-loaded locking
(6) engages securely into place.
