Operation
Intended Use
The reciprocating saw has been exclusively designed for cutting wood,
chipboard, plastics, PVC, fibreglass, drywall, sheet steel, iron, Aluminium and
other similar materials.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating instruc-
tions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or any
changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious risks and
is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose.
Before first Use
Remove the reciprocating saw and the accessory from the packaging.
Check all parts for damage in transit and do not use damaged accessory or a
damaged tool.
Keep packaging materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffocation!
Charging the Battery
1. Before first use, completely charge the rechargeable battery (10).
2. Important! Only use the provided fast charger (12) for charging the battery.
Connect the plug of the power cord (16) to the power mains. The green
standby LED (15) shines.
3. Place the rechargeable battery into the charging
slot (13). Charging automatically starts. The red
charging LED (14) shines. Make sure the battery
can be inserted easily and without resistance. Do
not apply force when inserting the battery. While
charging, the battery and the charger become
lightly warm.
4. Charging is finished when the red charging
indicator turns off and the green standby LED
lights up again. After approx. 60 minutes a fully
discharged battery is fully recharged. After charg-
ing remove the battery from the charger.
