Mounting
Remove the gearbox. For doing this, loose and remove the
necessary components. Remove the clutch.
Make optical inspection of the flywheel for wear (grooves,
damages due to high temperatures, etc.). If necessary replace
the flywheel.
For the exact fixation of the clutch disc, choose the correspond-
ing centring pin from the tool set.
Choose the corresponding fixing screws (please consider the
thread size M6/M7/M8).
Insert 3 fixing screws resp. the 4 fixing screws (with the short
thread end) at a distance of 120° resp. of 90° from one another
and fix them finger-tight into the threads of the flywheel.
Choose the corresponding alignment plate (with 3-hole pitch or
4-hole pitch) and screw the spindle with the handle into the
alignment plate. Turn it completely back.
Use the knurled nuts to tighten the spindle with handle and the
alignment plate onto the clutch and fix them snugly with the
fixing screws.
Turn the spindle until the diaphragm spring reaches the limit stop
(alignment plate fits seamlessly on the flywheel).
Insert and tighten the fixing screws of the alignment plate into
the thread holes of the flywheel and turn the spindle to relieve
the diaphragm spring.
Now remove the knurled nuts, the alignment plate with spindle
and the fixing screws.
Insert the fastening screws and tighten all screws down to the
specified torque (follow the instructions of the manufacturer).
Remove the centring pin.
