Safety Notes and Assembly
6. Fasten the supporting surface by inserting one of the locking pins into the
opening of the supporting surface and the connecting tube and clamp it by
using the bracket.
7. Put the first wheel on the supporting surface. If needed use one or both
spacers (12/13) in order to secure the position of tyres with bigger wheel hub.
The spacer with the diameter of 50 mm is already fixed mounted on the
supporting surface. Make sure the spacer (12) with the inner notches is
positioned that way, so it possible to slide the supporting surface up and
down along the screws. Now just mount the next supporting surface as
described before. Put on the next wheel until all wheels are on the tyre rack.
8. Push the quick release clamp (11) onto the lower end of the transport handle
(6) so that the flange closes. Finally insert the transport handle into the upper
connecting tube. Make sure to attach the transport handle in the right position
so the bar inside the handle fits correctly onto the top connecting tube. Push
strong enough so the handle snaps into place.
9. Fasten the quick release clamp using the thumbwheel and turn down the
bracket. The bracket has to be turned down with tension so that the transport
handle fits closely. If necessary tighten the screw at the side of the handle.
Maintenance and Care
Clean the tyre rack with a dampened cloth. If necessary use only a mild
cleanser, do not use any aggressive chemicals.
Check the screws at regular intervals to see if they fit tightly.
Check with regularly the air pressure of the tyres.
