Operating

Put the nozzle with the front cover ring

on the caulking gun.

Tightly screw the cover ring on the

thread of the caulking gun.

Cut the opening of the nozzle to the

desired size.

Adjust the air flow regulator (7) to the

desired stage.

Operating

1. Connect the compressor to the air quick coupling adaptor (6) of the air

caulking gun. The recommended working air pressure is 4 – 6 bar.

2. Press the trigger (3) thoroughly. The material to be processed will instantly and

automatically escape through the nozzle.

3. Release the trigger. Escaping of the material to be processed will stop

immediately.

4. Use the air flow regulator (7) for fine adjustment of the flow rate. Set the air

flow regulator so that the maximum mark is facing up to achieve the highest
flow rate. Set the air flow regulator so that the "0" mark is facing up to close
the regulator. This way the material cannot be processed.

5. After use or before filling, disconnect the caulking gun from the air supply.

Note: Always observe the safety notes printed on the packaging of the
material to be processed!

Caution: When working with silicones, acrylics or similar materials, the
material can evaporate. Protect yourself and other persons in the imme-
diate vicinity by taking appropriate measures.
