Your West Bend 

 Warranty covers failures in the materials and workmanship of this Bread Maker for 90 days from the date of original purchase.  

Any failed part of the Bread Maker will be repaired or replaced without charge. 
 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  This warranty does not cover damage 
caused by misuse, abuse or alterations to the Bread Maker.
