10.0 PROTECTION DEVICES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
If the machine is not working properly, press the STOP key to stop the working cycle.
When the machine has stopped rotating, disconnect it from the main and call the Technical
Assistance Service
10.1 TROUBLESHOOTING
These simple operations will help you find the simplest anomalies
ANY AND ALL WORK ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, HOWEVER SMALL, MUST DEVE
BE DONE BY PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL!
BEFORE OPENING THE WEIGHT HOLDER COVER, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE
FROM THE ELECTRICITY MAIN SUPPLY

FAILURE

- The machine doesn't switch on
- The display is blank
- The machine doesn't generate
sound
- The power button is not lit on
- Electric system failure
- No electric supply
- Check the fuse
- Check that all electrical connection
are in good condition.
- Incorrect reading of the wheel
data measuring gauge
- Unstable reading of the wheel
data measuring gauge
- Encoder dusted or broken
- Broken parts in the encoder bar
- Potentiometer damaged or broken
- Clean the encoder blowing it with
dry air
- Replace the encoder bar
- Replace the potentiometer
- The keybord buttons don't
work or don't activate all
functions
- Connecting problem within
keyboard and PC-Board
- Defective keyboard
- Check the correct connection within
keyboard and PC-Board
- Replace the keyboard
- Replace the PC-Board
- Diffrent balancing result after
remounting of the wheel on
the shaft of the machine

- Broken quick nut
