1. Align the work surface on the top of the cabinets with ½” overhang to the front, 1” to the side where
appropriate and for single cabinet islands ½” – 1” overhang on the backside. Position the rounded
corners to traffic areas or as shown on the installation drawings. Attach from the underside using
screw (#89) through the pre-drilled holes in the cabinet tops.
2. For a single island installation attach the .75 x .75 x 2 (#90) bracket to the back of the cabinet and to
the underside of the work surface. Place finished back panel over bracket.
3. For double cabinet island installation attach the .75 x .75 x 2 (#90) bracket to the sides of the two
outer cabinets on both ends of the island and to the underside of the work surface. Place finished
end cover panel over bracket.

If cabinets are installed back-to-back in a “island” or “peninsula” formation, you must drill holes through
the back of each cabinet and secure the backs of the cabinets together.
NOTE:
Make sure the cabinets are in position and level before you secure them together.
