Dust or debris between cutting inserts
and cutterhead.

Snipe.

Check cutting inserts. Rotate or re-

Improper support being used.
Support workpiece properly (especially
long workpieces). See recommenda-
tions on p. 6.
Infeed or outfeed table improperly
adjusted.
Adjust infeed and outfeed tables as
described on p. 17.
Table or feed rollers are dirty.
Clean table and/or feed rollers.
