ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS

WARNING!

Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before adjusting, adding accessories,

or checking a function on the tool.

CHUTE ASSEMBLY (FIG. A)

1. Line the chute up with the screw holes mounted around the

edge of the hole in top of the snow thrower’s body. Make sure that

the chute is facing forward, away from the lower frame assembly.
2. Using the included screws, tighten the chute onto the body of

the snow thrower with a Phillips head screwdriver.

MIDDLE FRAME ASSEMBLY (FIG. B)

NOTE:

The hole and grommet of the eye bolt on the middle assem-

bly should be facing UPWARDS (as shown in Fig. C - 3).
1. Hold the middle frame so that the screw holes line up with the

holes on the lower frame.
2. Insert a U-bolt (Fig. B - 2) through the bottom two screw holes.

Secure in place with a knob (Fig. B - 1).
3. Repeat with the other side of the snow thrower.

UPPER FRAME ASSEMBLY

NOTE:

The handle bar and the switch box should be facing UP-

WARDS.
1. Hold the upper frame in place so that the screw holes align with

the holes on the middle frame.
2. Insert a T-Bolt (Fig. C - 2) into each hole with the head on the

inside of the handle. Attach a knob to the outside and tighten (Fig.

C - 1)
3. Repeat this step on the other side of the handle.
4. Secure the cable in place along the side of the frame using the

cable clip. Attach the cable clip onto the middle frame assembly by

snapping it onto the metal frame.
