water circulation in cold conditions, provided that the system has sufficient electricity supply and appropriate water
levels. This perfectly functioning system is therefore your primary protection against damage resulting from freezing.
If you find that it is necessary to empty your pool of water for winter in a region where freezing occurs, please follow
all instructions described in this chapter to prevent damage resulting from freezing, as even a small amount of water
left in the pipes expands upon freezing, and it may damage the pipework or devices.
WINTER MODE
The winter mode is a function that is activated automatically when the temperature of the device chamber, which is
measured by a sensor located on the control panel, falls below 6 °C, and it prevents the water in the pipes of the mini
pool from freezing. This defence mechanism automatically activates all pumps for one minute at different intervals;
the lower the temperature, the more often the pumps are activated. The longest interval between two consecutive
activations is two hours.
4. TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING

The most common messages:
POWER SYSTEM

Does not start in any mode There is no electric current. Check the circuit breaker and/or
GFCI.
Starts automatically Normal automatic daily filtering cycle. Do not do anything
The chromotherapy light is not
on The bulb has burned out. Replace the bulb.
The pump suddenly switches off
during use The water level is too low. Check the water level, add water if
necessary.
The automatic timer switched off the
pump. Press the “Jet ....” button to start a
new cycle.
The engine has overheated. The
automatic protective device switched off
the pump(s). If the pumps are not activated when
the “Jet” button is pushed, contact
Technical Assistance.
WATER SYSTEM

Pulsating jets The water level is too low. Make sure that the water level is
minimally 5 cm above the water jets.
The water jets do not work or
work weakly The water jets have been switched off. Open the jets by turning the jet
covers anticlockwise.
The filter is dirty. Clean the filter.
