Exceptions
Mini pools that are installed for commercial use are not covered by warranty. This limited manufacturer’s warranty
only covers private individuals and private use of the mini pool. This limited warranty ceases to be valid if the dealer
or its authorised representative identifies that the mini pool has been modified, handled carelessly, used incorrectly,
or abused; if somebody other than the dealer or its authorised representative has attempted to perform any repair
works; if a particular fault is caused by an accident, forces of nature, or other reasons which are not under the control
of the dealer. Carelessness, non-purposeful use, and abuse includes any installation or maintenance work, or use of
the mini pool which is not in accordance with the instruction manual provided with the mini pool, including but not
limited to chemical imbalances in water, and use of abrasive or inappropriate cleaning agents. This limited warranty
does not extend to your mini pool cover, any objects attached to or installed on your mini pool after its date of
manufacture, or access to any part of the mini pool for the purpose of repairs or replacement. Mini pool owners
assume personal liability for works that have been performed by parties other than an authorised representative of
the dealer.
Disclaimer
Neither the dealer nor its representatives accept liability for any accidental or indirect traumas, harm, expenses or
damages that result from defects that this limited warranty covers, including loss of unrestricted possibility to use the
mini pool, and any expenses of removing a defective product, even if the dealer has been informed of the possibility
of such damage. As per this limited warranty, the liability of the dealer does not exceed the amount of money originally
paid for a defective product.
The validity of this limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase and will not be expended for any reason.
These disclaimers equally apply to services of both the dealer and its authorised representatives.
Warranty of the acrylic internal surface of the mini pool
The manufacturer guarantees that the acrylic internal surface of the mini pool will not crack or flake off within two
years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty of the electrical and control devices
The manufacturer provides a warranty against any material and production faults of the electrical devices (i.e. the
pumps, heater, and control system) of the mini pool for two years from the original date of purchase.
Warranty of the components
The manufacturer provides a warranty against loss of waterproofness of the piping components (i.e. the jets, glued
equipment, pipes and hoses) installed at the plant, which results from any material and production faults for two years
from the original date of purchase.
Regarding other components (the pool’s light-emitting diodes, pads, finish of the frame, and filter), a guarantee is
provided that these components lack material and production faults at the moment of purchase.
What to do when you discover a defect
When a defect covered by this limited warranty is discovered, inform the dealer of your outdoor pool thereof as soon
as possible to have it maintained, and use all options to protect the mini pool from further damage. Upon provision of
evidence of your purchase, the dealer or its authorised representative shall remedy the defect in accordance with the
terms and conditions of this limited warranty.
