4. The upgrade progress bar will display the
status of the upgrade.
5. After a successful upgrade, [Complete]
message window will pop-up.
6. Click [Confirm] and the device will reboot.
Reconnect to the device and confirm that the
new firmware has been upgraded by
checking the version number
Note
All settings will be restored to factory default settings after a firmware upgrade including the
IP address, username and password. Export the settings before upgrading the firmware and
use the IP Scan Tool find the camera on the network.

Restores to the factory default settings.
The device will reboot after a factory default.
Reboot Reboot the device by clicking on the [REBOOT] button.
