To add and confirm voice comments:
1. In Review mode select the Speaker symbol
in the Command bar. The Voice
message bar will appear in the middle of the screen.
2. Tap on the
Record
button
and speak in the microphone of your Pocket PC to add
your voice comments.
3. Tap on the Stop button
when you are finished recording.
4. Tap on the Play button
to listen to the recorded voice comments.
5. To save your comments tap on the
OK
button
, to disregard changes tap on the
cancel button
.
