Performing a measurement

Starting the measuring process

1. Put the cuff

around your left wrist and close the hook and loop fastener.

2. Before performing the measurement, take 3–5 deep breaths and relax. Do not speak and do not move

your arm.

3. Push the Start/Stop button

to display the current time and date.
