A MINI MUST be level both front to back and side to side.

The ambient temperature should be within 40°F and 95°F.

Proper air supply for ventilation is REQUIRED for and CRITICAL to safe, efficient operation of a
MINI.

Service Clearance: Above - 20”.

Allow for sufficient distance if a "high heat source" (e.g. grills) is located next to the unit.

Allow for sufficient clearance on the rear for service access. Contact Convotherm at 844-462-

Installation must comply with all local fire and health codes.

Do not install the MINI directly over a drain. Steam rising up out of the drain will adversely
affect operation, hamper cooling air circulation, and damage electrical and electronic
components.

Do not obstruct the flow of ventilation air. Make
sure the air vents of the MINI are not blocked.
18.
Attach the included air diverter on the rear air
intake vent of the MINI.

Install the MINI under an exhaust hood or install a Convotherm hood on the oven. See next
page for Convotherm Hood installation instructions.
