Cutting - Sawing
Your saw is now ready for operation.
Put the potentiometer TEMPO on “0”.
The sawing arm is usually in the above basic position.
Now put the selection switch on the longitudinal feed “right position”.
Press the TEST key and turn the potentiometer slowly clockwise for getting the sawing support in the
desired position. Turn the TEMPO on “0" and release the TEST key.
W S 75 H - Move the saw with the buttons
or lengthwise.
Your saw is now in the position for cutting.
Open the water tap so far that at least 1l water / min flows.
Make sure that the potentiometer is on Position “0” and that the saw blade can be turned loosely.
Now press the START key for starting the saw motor and activating both feed motors.
Choose with the selection switch the desired turning direction for the sawing arm (dip feed).
Put the switch on dip feed (left position) and dip carefully by turning the potentiometer TEMPO into
the material.
W S 75 H - Chose the turning direction of the dip feed with the button or and dip into the material by
turning the potentiometer as on the W S 75.
The adjustment (dipping depth) of the single steps conforms to the material. If you don’t have any
experience you should choose about 50 - 80mm whereby when there are strong reinforcements 50mm
shouldn’t be exceeded.
After you have reached the infeed turn TEMPO to “0” and put the selection switch to the position
longitudinal feed. Choose the direction with the selection switch and turn TEMPO slowly clockwise
to the desired feed power.
W S 75 H - Turn TEMPO to “0” and press
or for choosing the longitudinal feed direction and turn
TEMPO as on the WS 75 to the desired feed power.
If the red LED with the marking LOAD shows, the motor is already overloaded. Release the feed power until
the red light goes out.
If you have reached the desired position in longitudinal direction, turn the potentiometer TEMPO on “0".
Now put the selection switch again on dip feed and repeat these steps like illustrated above.
Take care that the saw blade is not too long in idle running because otherwise the diamonds may “polish”
and the cutting achievement may diminish. Because of the same reason always work with sufficient contact
pressure (feed power).
If the feed speed is under approx. 0,5m/min you should diminish the adjusting depth.

Errors and their removal
6.1
Mechanism
The sawing support has too much
clearance on the guide way
Correct the clearance by loosening the hexagon nut [27] and
turning the eccentric bushing [28]. s.5.
The adjusting levers move hard.
Oil the gap near the eccentric axis and the set collars.
The saw blade cuts badly.
Has the cutting direction of the blade, resp. the segments
been changed?
The adjusting depth is too high.
The segments have lost their cutting output.
You can try to “open” the segments with a SiC-grindstone.
The saw motor is turning but the blade
doesn’t move.
The overload coupling is worn out and has to be renewed.
The saw blade jammes.
The guide-ways have clearance. s.5.
The adjusting brackets aren’t assembled tightly.
The guide-way is twisted.
The saw blade jammes, the saw
switches off.
See also 4.2. Loosen the saw blade by pressing the TEST
key and thereby only moving the feed motors. Take care on
the correct proceeding direction.
W ater runs out of the overflow-hole of
the case top [19] or the Diversion Disk
[26].
The sealing rings of the water supply are worn out. Stop the
operation immediately if more than one drop of water/min
comes out.
