The plate is with the function of vacuum.The fun of vacuum

pump is 380V/3. The system is with thermal relay protection

which will automaticly disconnect when detecting

The system is adoped EtherCat to alert when detecting fault.

Solution:(1)Please check the communication network

connection from touch screen to PLC.
