1. Description of Unit
1.1 Intended purpose
The mains charger FW7405M/14 is an accessory
for medical devices. It can be used to operate or
charge units which require a DC voltage of 12 -
13.8 V as the supply voltage. A list of the units permit -
ted can be found in „3. Unit Combinations " on
page 7 .
The mains charger FW7405M/14 is only designed
for use indoors.
1.2 Functional description
The mains charger FW7405M/14 converts mains
voltage. It transforms 100 – 240 V AC voltage into
DC voltage of 13.8 V, thus delivering the optimum
supply voltage for the units ACCUVAC, ACCUVAC
Basic, ACCUVAC Rescue, MEDUMAT Elektronik and
MODUL CapnoVol. A pilot lamp indicates that the volt -
age has been converted .
