COOKING TIPS
This designation indicates
that the pan is suitable for use
on an induction surface.
Cooking on the induction hob is possible only
with the use of a suitable cookware.
When cooking, place the dishes in the center
of the kitchen.
Cookware made of ferromagnetic materials is
suitable for cooking on an induction hob.
The appropriate quality of the dishes is the
main condition for the productive work of the
hob.
For optimal temperature control by the
induction module, it is recommended to use
dishes with a flat and smooth bottom.
Stainless steel
Stainless steel Does not detect the presence of the pan (except for dishes with
ferromagnetic steel)
Aluminum
Does not detect the presence of a pan
Cast iron
High efficiency of use
Enameled steel
High efficiency of use
Glass
Does not detect the presence of the pan
Porcelain
Does not determine the presence of the pan
Copper
Does not detect the presence of the pan
WARNING!
Electromagnetism is used in the induction
preparation to generate heat. Therefore,
the bottom of the dishes should be made
of materials containing iron. You can check
the material of your dishes with an ordinary
magnet - dishes can be used if the magnet is
magnetized to the bottom of the dishes.
Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a
curved base.
Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth,
sits flat against the glass, and is the same size
as the cooking zone. Always centre your pan on
the cooking zone.
Always lift pans off the ceramic hob - do not
slide, or they may scratch the glass.
